Opened 7 July 2004
Written By Harold Pinter
Directed Roger Michell
Cast Jeremy Northam, Gina McKee, Helen McCrory
Synopsis When a couple are visited by a friend they have not seen in two decades, they spend the evening reminiscing about the time they speny in London. But everyone remembers the events differently.

What the critics had to say.....
PAUL TAYLOR for THE INDEPENDENT says, "Sleek, assured revival." MICHAEL BILLINGTON for THE GUARDIAN says, "Emotionally intense, impeccably acted production." NICHOLAS DE JONGH for THE EVENING STANDARD says, “Disappointing and unmoving." CHARLES SPENCER for THE DAILY TELEGRAPH says, "The performances are superb....This haunting, poetic and often blackly comic play has found the mesmerising production it so richly deserves." BENEDICT NIGHTINGALE for THE TIMES says, "All three performers had their moments, and none is superficial, but I’ve seen darker, deeper productions of this difficult, mysterious yet hugely intelligent, quietly devastating play."
